Energy, Vibrations & Frequency

Everything has energy! Example, humans, plants, your thoughts, and even the chair you are sitting on right now. They all have electromagnetic vibrational frequencies. It is commonly referred to as a “life force”.

Vibrations are the vibrations of atoms and particles caused by energy. Even solid items like tables have vibrating atoms that receive, store and emit energy. Therefore, everyone and everything has an energy field.(vibrational frequency).

Frequency is measured in hertz (Hz) units. Understanding how high and low frequencies interact can be beneficial to your health. A healthy body resonates at a frequency of 62-70 MHz. When your frequency drops to 58 MHz, that is when disease starts. Your frequency is in relation to your environment. Your environment can contribute to low frequencies and therefore lower your MHz. When this happens your immune system becomes compromised which allows bacteria and viruses to wreak havoc on your body. Trapped emotions can also play a part in compromising your immune system.

What can we do to improve our frequencies?

  • Think positive- Our thoughts are vibrations. Kindness, gratitude, and joy can raise your frequencies. Stay away from negative people.
  • Eat as many live organic foods as you can. Plants have a very high vibration levels
  • Essential oils contain frequencies that are several times greater.

You Don’t Get What You Wish For, You Get What You Work For

I listened to a great Facebook video this morning. The speaker was Jim Larsen, author of ” Green Ninja”. Have you ever listened to someone and thought they were speaking to you directly. I swear he could see me nodding my head, and confirming what I have been feeling the last few months! It was like he was sitting across from me, sharing a cup of coffee.

Then a caption shows up, ” How to stop being lazy”. Ummm! Here is the link for you to read this article. Also, look up Jim Larsen, he has YouTube videos and great information. Not only for network marketers, but for anyone who is trying to reach goals!

Microbiome what is it?

I’m sure you have heard all the words….leaky gut, probiotics, IBS, Gerd!!! Just to name a few! But what is it and what should I do about it?

There are many commercials on the television regarding these issues. They even have a emoji for it…đź’©. First here the facts:

Microbiome is the genetic material of all microbes-bacteria, fungi protozoa and viruses that live on and inside the human body. The number of genes in all microbes in one person’s micrbiome is 200 times the number of genes in the human genome. What does that mean? Well, all these micros live in you body, mostly in your stomach, they are like little creatures that help break down the food in your stomach and intestines. Once your food is broken down it can then be absorbed into your blood stream to nourish your body.

Symptoms of an unhealthy gut: 1. Upset stomach, or disturbances like gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea and heartburn 2. A high-sugar diet 3. Unintentional weight changes 4. Sleep disturbances or constant fatigue 5. Skin irritation 6. Autoimmune conditions 7. Food intolerances

Five Steps to optimal digestive health: 1. Eat whole, unprocessed foods 2. Eliminate food allergies 3. Treat any infections 4. Replenish your digestive enzymes 5. Get good fat….(avocados, yogurt)

Hope this information is helpful, do a search in google for more information and remember đź’© is a good thing!

Technical Thursday !!!

Today I am going to chat about the ICON again. However, I am going to tell you about my experience using this smartwatch this week. On Friday, I joined a challenge group of my team members. It is called StepItUpSeptember. I have posted my goals for this challenge which are 10,000 steps a day, and to have 100% standing ratio. I haven’t figured out yet how it computes your standing time, but it means you are standing not sitting! I have met my goals 3 out of 5 days not bad since I have a desk job. Here is my picture of yesterday goals.

Now that looks pretty good. Got my steps in, (the last 400 was walking in circles in my driveway at 9:30 pm. hope the neighbors weren’t watching). But what got me was when I looked at my stats this morning, my body fat ratio was within normal range. It was over 45%. WooHoo! Now for the BMI to go down a couple points and I will have increased by wellness tremendously!

Great tool, and all I have done is get moving! If you want more information contact me thru IM!

Have a fabulous week!!!

TECHNICAL THURSDAY – ICON FITNESS WATCH

There are many brands, types and versions of Fitness, Wellness Bands.  Today I am going to review the one I use, and yes I sell. There are many reasons I have chosen the ICON by VYVO.  I have tried many of their products, and have always been amazed at their flexibility and all the secure information I can gather regarding my health.  I can follow and see what exercises are doing the most good, what foods are giving me the best nutrition, and much much more.

The first and most important for me is the security of my data. The VYVO company, uses Blockchain to secure all the data they are gathering from the many products they offer. .  So whichever product you are using, I suggest checking to make sure your data is secure.

What can the ICON do for me?

  1. It does the usual, date, time, blood pressure, heart rate steps.
  2. Lower right bottom, it shows how many calories burned so far today.
  3. At the top the green icon, is the air quality number. 92% of the worlds population is exposed to harmful levels of air pollution.  We breath in about 4 million breaths a year without knowing how the air quality affects our bodies, mind and comfort.
  4. Weather-  it shows the temperature and type of weather outside.
  5. You can run an ECG
  6. Also computes body fat
  7. Records, energy levels, and mood!
  8. This watch also hooks into your emails and text messages.

From your watch, you can start any exercise you want, example running, and it will record all the stats of your run.  It will also automatically add this data to the application on your phone where you can compare day to day performances.

Sleep –  how well do you sleep?  The ICON records your sleep – how many hours of deep sleep do you get a night?
It also records the energy levels.
There is so much more to explain, please check out the information visit my VYVO Website:

After a hard day, I don’t want to go to the gym!

You don’t need fancy equipment or machines, tons of space or a gym membership to exercise.

Everyone has time constraints, children, jobs, and just living.

Try these suggestions:

First thing in the morning stretching and cardio set will get your morning going!

  • 1 minute pushup
  • 1 minute plank
  • Rest 1 minute

10 times

The next morning or evening

10 times

Another option for weight training is using a resistance bands.  You can find many different ones on Amazon, not expensive. You can find many videos on line to help with how to use resistance bands.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lk5PisETE9I

That’s all you need to get started.  Increase reps or you can find many workout apps.  As soon as you make a little time in the morning to move, your on your way.  No need to go full force in the beginning, you will become frustrated and quick.  Take it slow whatever you can do is better than not doing anything at all.

Remember your at home, no one is watching, just do it.

DEPRESSION-CAN BE OVERWHELMING

  • What are the Common Symptoms?
    • Loss of interest or pleasure in activities you once enjoyed
    •  Sadness, or an “empty” feeling, or appearing sad or tearful to others
    • Significant weight loss, without dieting, and a loss of appetite.  Significant weight gain
    • Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
    • Irritability or feelings of  “dragging”
    • Fatigue or loss of energy
    • Feelings of worthlessness or  inappropriate guilt
    • Difficulty concentrating, or indecisiveness
    • Recurrent thoughts of death

Everyone gets the blues, or feelings of sadness, especially if they have gone thru a recent difficult time.  Most of the time you know you will bounce back, and you do.  But, what if you don’t bounce back?  This is known as clinical depression. Almost 18.8 million American adults experience depression each year, and women are nearly twice as likely as men to develop major depression. Treatment with counseling, medication, or both is key to recovery.

When should you get help?

If you have 5 or more of these symptoms, for more than 2 weeks, it is time to get help.  Your primary care doctor is the place to start.  They can screen you then help you manage your symptoms.

In a recent news feed I read a quote from Prince William regarding Mental Health.  I quote,” We will use our national game to spread the message that mental health isn’t a sad, difficult topic,” Prince William says in the video clip, “ It is just part of everyday life”.  This is a very important message.

This is just a short article regarding depression.  It happens to all of us at one or another in different stages.  It is nothing to be ashamed of, just one of life’s struggles. To further your knowledge on this topic I have included a another website to read:

Morning Routine – Do you have one?

What is the Perfect Routine?

Everyone is different, but this is what my morning looks like.

  • First thing in the morning I drink a glass of water before I even get out of bed.  I bring a glass of water to bed with me every night. Drinking a glass of water first thing helps with dehydration.  During the night our organs are detoxing and using every drop of fluid to clean and regenerate our cells. Wake up every day at the same time.  Even on weekends, waking at the same time helps with your body regulate your inner clock.
  • Get out of bed!  I take a walk first thing. We walk the dog, living in Miami, we can walk almost every day.  Depending on the day, we walk from 25 to 45 minutes a day.
  • Because I am an introvert ( I recharge by being by myself more about this in a coming blog), I take about 30 minutes to look at my calendar, write down my 3 most important things I need to take care of today, and then start to fill my calendar with to -do’s.  I always leave some buffer time to relax and get away from everything. I then write in my gratitude journal, at least 2 things I am grateful for today., and then at least 1 accomplishment from the past. Confidence builder!
  • A brief stretch, and few minutes of yoga helps get the blood flowing
  • Then it’s time for my shower and while showering, I remind myself , “ If today was the last day of your life, would you still want to do what your about to do today?”  Sometimes I make changes most of the time, I’m ready to start my day.
  • Upon returning to the kitchen, I go over my day with my husband, and we discuss what we each have going on.  Again, sometimes my calendar changes, and sometimes his does. I am doing intermittent fasting so ( more on this in a future blog) I do not have breakfast until 11:30.  I grab my yogurt, and away I go to work.
  • During the day, I take a few minutes to go for a brisk walk, or do a little bouncing on a rebounder, or stretch at my desk.

Have a FABULOUS Day!

Waist Size how important is it?

Even if you are not obese, the measurement of your waistline can determine your health even if your not obese. Its a condition called “central obesity” – a concentration of fat around the abdomen.

If your waistline is over 35 inches? It significantly increases the risk of an early death for women over 49, even when they have a normal BMI. Doctors right now use only the BMI to determine percentage of body fat. This is a wake up call to physicians. They shouldn’t be satisfied with just BMI, but to look at fat distribution and waist circumference.

There are hundreds of diets out there that promise a quick and easy way to get that flat stomach. But to lose those love handles the only way is to lose weight, no matter where on the body, is nutrition education, a supportive environment and personal motivation.
